Procurement & Logistics Manager
About The Position

We are looking for a talented and hands-on Procurement & Logistics Manager to join the Operations Department.

Responsibilities
• Development and leading a procurement strategy for the organization, including material sourcing and cost reduction activities.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Managing all the company’s import/export activities.
• Responsibility for negotiations of contracts and agreements with the company’s suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
• Issuing and monitoring contracts and purchase orders issued to vendors, and follow up as necessary to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Establishing performance metrics to monitor and evaluate suppliers’ performance based on KPI’s and SLA’s to maximize benefits in terms of delivery, price, and quality.
• Managing a team of buyer & import/ export coordinator.
• Preparing procurement reports.
Requirements
• At least 5 years’ experience as a procurement manager in a manufacturing environment. Startup / hi-tech environment - A must
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or Business Administration)
• Proven experience in the field of purchasing chemical materials and equipment
• SAP B1 expert – An advantage
• An excellent communicator and negotiator
• Multitasking champion, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player
• Strong attention to detail and order
• Fluent in English – A must
• Strong MS Excel and Word skills
