We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist to join the Architecture Business unit. This role is pivotal in steering our branding and building initiatives across a wide spectrum of both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fine-tuning our brand image, establishing a sophisticated high-tech brand perception, and championing the communication of a distinct brand value.


Gauzy’s Architecture Business Unit brings our diverse smart glass products to built environments, redefining how privacy, shading, and digital displays are experienced in the spaces we spend our time most.

Responsibilities

  • Branding and building: through a variety of online and offline channels to optimize the existing brand image, to create a high-tech high-end brand perception, to promote differentiated brand value.
  • Content marketing: 
  1. Responsible for the optimization of Baidu advertising and website management, and doing a good job in promoting online channels. 
  2. Have an in-depth understanding of the gameplay of multiple social media platforms including WeChat Channels, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat official account, etc., and be responsible for creating, editing/editing, and publishing content, and regularly review the effect.
  3. Responsible for obtaining and downloading relevant promotional documents and materials from the Israel/American marketing department, and promoting them on promotional channels in China. 
  4. Responsible for providing Chinese market information to third-party companies to meet the needs of follow-up agents and other promotional agencies. 
  • Event planning and execution: 
  1. Responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of offline market activities, including but not limited to forums, exhibitions, etc.
  2. Assist partners in exhibiting or event assistance, including preparation of samples and on-site support. System maintenance and management: regular project procurement via bidding (RCC) system of the five sub-accounts of statistics, and organize the results into reports. 
  • Potential customers handling and management: 
  1. Handle calls and emails from Baidu, engineering procurement via bidding (RCC) system, and other channels, and be responsible for assigning them to sales managers in corresponding regions according to needs. 
  2. Collect and organize all potential customer information (including events, exhibitions, and company advertising prospects), and report regularly to superiors. 
  • Others: 
  1. Accompany company leaders to negotiate with customers, and introduce and promote products during meetings. 
  2. Complete other tasks arranged by the headquarters marketing department or company leaders.

Requirements

  • Required to have experience working in a foreign company or studying abroad
  • Experience in marketing and promotion of high-end brands
  • Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  • Full-time undergraduate degree or above
  • Work experience is relatively long, with infrequent job changes
  • Skills: PPT typesetting and beautification, proficient in using picture processing and video editing software, fluent in English
  • Character: meticulous and serious, eager to learn, honest, and good at communication
  • Experience in team management
